Diagnosing Services for Victims of Violence in Talamanca (UN Costa Rica)

Led a collaboration with United Nations Costa Rica to diagnose bottlenecks in services for victims of violence in the Caribbean region of Talamanca.

Facilitated participatory design-thinking workshops bringing together community members, local public institutions, and UN staff to surface pain points and identify points of intervention in the service-delivery process.
